About 90% on the money.
1. Flames don't think very highly of Blair Jones anymore.
2. Add Berra to the list of goalies who will see time.
3. Kipper wasn't as bad as his numbers said. Leland Irving wasn't even as good as his numbers said.
4. It was odd seeing Horak grouped in with Sven, TJ B, and Backlund for the talented youth movement.
but the one thing you did well in addressing is how highly Calgary thinks of John Gaudreau. I feel like Calgary fans spent the last two years knowing this guy was unreal... and nobody else even noticed till a like a month ago. |

My "papa's Flames" go back much further than Iginla, Tanguay, & Kiprusoff. Jebus, I'm barely 30, and MY Flames include Theo Fleury, Lanny McDonald, Joe Nieuwendyk, Doug Gilmour, Joe Mullen, Gary Roberts, Al MacInnis, & Mike Vernon. I was Lanny "Moustache" McDonald for Halloween when I was 8. |

Thanks for the heads up on that!
and in regard to Horak, I like him, he's got a lot of good offensive tools. He's still learning how to be an NHL centerman but he's not bad at al. Not on the same level as Sven or Monahan but still a very servicable young learning center. |
